The purpose is to determine potential contractors to carry out a seabed morphological and scour study at the 700 MW wind farm zone also known as the North of the Wadden Sea Islands.

Interested companies can apply until 26 November by 11:59 PM CEST. After this, RVO plans to invite the parties to submit a proposal.

North of the Wadden Sea Islands is part of the government’s Offshore Wind Energy Roadmap 2030 which sets out plans for the development of 7 GW of offshore wind capacity in the 2024-2030 period.

The project site covers a total surface area of circa 120km2 located 46 nautical miles off the north coast of the Netherlands.
