EMGS ASA has today declared the second of the originally 3 x 12 months options as per Charter Party dated 13.10.2006.

The seabed logging vessel, owned by Boa Offshore, is therefore on a firm contract up to 15th of December 2015, with another 1 x 12 months option remaining.

The vessel of the MT 6007 design is one of the world’s first custom built ships for seabed logging operations to detect hydrocarbons beneath the seabed. The ship’s length overall is 80,35 m with a beam of 16,40m.
