Consequently, EMGS and Roar Bekker have agreed that Roar Bekker resigns from the company. He has held the position as CEO of EMGS since May 26, 2009, and has been employed with EMGS since 2007.

“We are pleased that Bjarte Bruheim has accepted employment as CEO in EMGS. Bjarte brings with him a unique experience and knowledge about the industry, and he understands the challenges and opportunities for EMGS going forward,” says Chairman of the Board, Eystein Eriksrud.

“I look forward to continue to work to develop EMGS together with our highly qualified team. I believe our products and technology will make a difference for the oil and gas industry. The combination of different geophysical methods, including EMGS products, will be more important with a low oil price.
