Enviros Group strengthens Mediterranean presence with Lighthouse S.p.A acquisition

Enviros Group (Enviros) is pleased to announce the acquisition of a majority control stake at Lighthouse S.p.A, a leading offshore survey and geoscience company, headquartered in Bologna, Italy, in a multi-million euro deal. This marks the first European company to join Enviros Group and strengthens the company’s global growth strategy.

Founded in 1986, Lighthouse S.p.A has developed a strong reputation for delivering offshore geophysical, geotechnical, environmental, and positioning survey services. With decades of experience, the company brings extensive technical expertise, operational capability, and advanced survey solutions.

The acquisition enhances Enviros’ presence in the Mediterranean region and expands its Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) capabilities, with advanced systems including HUGIN and GAVIA. Lighthouse S.p.A. will also serve as a global Centre of Excellence for AUV operations, enabling Enviros to provide high-resolution seabed mapping, geophysical surveys, and detailed subsea data acquisition safely and efficiently across the world.
