Ex-Shell CEO Joins Temasek Board

Peter Voser, who retired as Chief Executive Officer of Shell in December last year, will join the Temasek Board with effect from 1 January 2015.

Voser was CEO of Royal Dutch Shell from July 2009 to December 2013.

Temasek is an investment company based in Singapore, and it has recently set up an investment unit, Pavilion Energy,  focused on LNG trade.

BW Group and Pavilion Energy have last month entered into an agreement to form a joint venture, BW Pavilion LNG, to acquire, manage and charter maritime LNG assets, including LNG carriers.
