The 200MW TWBII offshore wind farm will comprise 32 Senvion 6.2M152 turbines installed at the project site some 40km north of the island of Borkum in Germany.

Taillevent loaded the first three towers, blades and nacelles at the Buss Terminal Eemshaven, Senvion’s base for the project.

To remind, turbine installation was initially scheduled to start mid-April but was postponed until summer after Senvion had filed for self-administration.

By then, 15 turbines had been delivered and transported to the base port in Eemshave. The remaining 17 units are expected to be delivered this autumn.
