Flowline Specialists Recognized with Queen’s Award

Flowline Specialists has been presented with Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade.

The Oldmeldrum-based company was presented with the accolade by the Lord Lieutenant of Aberdeenshire, James Ingleby, when he visited the company’s premises.

During his visit, Ingleby received a tour of the firm’s headquarters and was shown some of the equipment that Flowline Specialists supplies to clients in the oil and gas, subsea and renewable industries. The equipment, which the firm designs, engineers and manufactures, is used to handle flexible pipes, umbilicals and cables.

Lord Lieutenant of Aberdeenshire, James Ingleby, said: “I am delighted to represent Her Majesty the Queen with the presentation of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade. The dedication, dynamic and innovative approach of the management and team have paid dividends for the company and this award is thoroughly deserved.”
