GasLog Files for U.S. IPO

GasLog, an international owner, operator and manager of LNG carriers, announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common shares.

The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

Goldman, Sachs & Co., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and UBS Securities LLC will act as bookrunners for the offering.

GasLog’s owned fleet consists of 10 wholly-owned LNG carriers, including two ships delivered in 2010 and eight LNG carriers on order.

Including its owned ships, GasLog currently has 14 LNG carriers operating under its technical management.
