Gate LNG awaits Norwegian cargo

Gate LNG terminal in the port of Rotterdam is set to receive a cargo of chilled gas from Norway in December.

The cargo is being transported by the 140,000 cbm Arctic Voyager, that set off from Statoil’s Hammerfest LNG facility on November 25.

Shipping data reveals that the vessel is scheduled to dock at Gate LNG’ jetty on December 2.

The Moss type LNG carrier, with a length of 289.5 m and a beam of 48.4 m, was the second LNG carrier that delivered its commissioning cargo for Gate in July of 2011.
