Gazprom, Ukraine Talk Gas Cooperation

The Gazprom headquarters hosted today a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Company’s Management Committee and Yury Boiko, Ukrainian Energy and Coal Industry Minister, Gazprom said in a statement.

“The meeting addressed the prospects for long-term cooperation in the gas sector,” Gazprom said.

“Moreover, the focus was placed on the issues of uninterrupted Russian gas transit via Ukraine to the European consumers this winter, taking into account gas inventory of the Ukrainian UGS facilities,” the company added.
