Golar LNG Partners makes board changes

Golar LNG Partners, a limited partnership formed by Golar LNG, said, Doug Arnell stepped down from the Partnership’s board of directors.

Arnell will remain at Golar LNG as a senior advisor in connection with the leadership of Golar’s commercial activities, the statement issued on Thursday reads.

Andrew Whalley, an existing director, has been appointed to the Partnership’s board of directors, replacing Arnell, with immediate effect.

Whalley, who was previously an elected director, will now serve as one of the Golar LNG’s three appointed directors.

In addition, Jeremy Kramer has been appointed by the remaining elected directors to fill the vacancy created as a result of Whalley’s appointment as an appointed director. Kramer will also serve on the Partnership’s conflict committee, the statement reads.

Kramer has been a senior portfolio manager at Neuberger Berman from 1998 to 2016, managing equity portfolios primarily for high net worth clients.
