Havila Shipping Sells RRV Vessel Havila Runde to Secunda Canada

Havila Shipping ASA has, on behalf of the 100% owned ship owning company Havila Offshore AS, entered into an agreement where the RRV vessel Havila Runde is sold to Secunda Canada.

The selling price is at booked value of the vessel and the sale will release liquidity of around MNOK 30.

The sale is expected to be completed this month.

Havila Runde is built in 1997 and after sale of the vessel Havila Shipping operates only three vessels built before 2003.
