Complaint over navy shipbuilding contract upheld

The ombudsman has upheld a complaint against the Defence Ministry over the way it handled its navy shipbuilding contract.

The complaint was lodged by the local agent for the world’s biggest shipbuilder, Hyundai Heavy Industries.
