L-3 Communications Agrees to Acquire SAM Electronics GmbH

L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) announced today that ithas signed an agreement to acquire SAM Electronics GmbH (SAM) for U.S.$150 million in cash, subject to customary closing conditions andregulatory approvals.
