BRUSSELS OKAYS DUTCH SHIPYARD LOAN GUARANTEES
THE European Commission says it has authorised a state guarantee scheme introduced by The Netherlands. Guarantees will be granted to financial institutions providing loans to Dutch shipyards in order to finance the construction of ships.
