Fujian Province and COSCO Signed Strategic Partnership Agreement

On March 31, 2007, the Municipal Government of Fujian Province and COSCO Group signed a strategic partnership framework agreement in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. Mr. Huang Xiaojing, Governor of Fujian Province and Capt. Wei Jiafu, President and CEO of COSCO Group signed the agreement on behalf of each party and delivered remarks on the signing ceremony respectively.
