America’s Cup Going to Court in a Battle of the Billionaires

Russell Coutts, the most successful helmsman in the recent history of the America’s Cup, confirmed Tuesday that he was returning to the Cup and joining BMW Oracle Racing as skipper and chief executive officer.
What sort of Cup that will be is unclear now that Coutts’s new employer, the billionaire Larry Ellison, has mounted a legal challenge directed at Coutts’s former employer, the billionaire Ernesto Bertarelli.
