Nordana-Star
Nordana Star, the second vessel in a series of six, which will be delivered to Symphony Shipping, has been photographed in front of the Germany-based Ferus Smit shipyard.

Her launching ceremony, which will be opened for the public, is going to take place in Leer, Germany on 3rd of July.

This 122.5-metre Ice-class 1A vessel is powered by 3,000 kW main engine and has two 80-tons cargo cranes.

Her design features the Ferus Smit ECO bulbless Canoe type bow, which is designed to reduce fuel costs and attain better sustained speed with excellent sea keeping behavior in harsh water and sea state conditions.

With a deckhouse placed on foreship she will have better protection of deck cargo and a capability to load oversized items over the stern.

Nordana Star will be chartered out to Danish company Nordana.
