Image of the Day: Ohio Hits the Water

Pictured here is the first of four Crowley Maritime Corporation product tankers‬, named Ohio, which has recently launched at Aker Philadelphia Shipyard.

Subsidiary Jensen Maritime is providing the construction management for the series and the tankers will be LNG-ready.

Delivery of the ‪Jones Act‬ tanker is expected in August as finishing touches are underway.

Crowley said that it has not yet determined specific service routes for the vessel.
