India: PNGRB Publishes Comments Received on LNG Terminals Draft Regulation

The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) of India has released a document containing comments received on PNGRB’s draft regulation for LNG terminals.

The PNGRB issued a public notice on 20th December 2013 seeking comments/views of stakeholders on the draft regulations for registration for establishing and operating LNG terminals.

The company’s that have submitted comments include: Swan Energy, GSPC LNG, Shell India, Clarus Law Associates, Hazira LNG, Indian Oil, GSPC and Hiranandani Gas.
