Indonesia: Mitra Energy to Use Trident IX Rig for Mojo-1 Well Drilling


Mitra Energy (Indonesia Sibaru) Limited today took on contract the Trident IX drilling rig, owned by Transocean Offshore Drilling, to drill an exploration well, Mojo-1, in the Sibaru Block.

The Sibaru Block is located some 250 miles North of the Indonesian island of Bali. Spud of the well is expected within the next seven days.
