INPEX Establishes Advisory Committee, Japan

INPEX  has announced that the company has established the “INPEX Advisory Committee” as a part of specific measures to continuously reinforce corporate governance.

“INPEX Advisory Committee” consists of Japanese and international experts. Through “INPEX Advisory Committee”, the company will seek for various and objective advice on issues associated with their businesses, such as the business environment in terms of international political and economic challenges, the energy situation in and outside Japan, and corporate social responsibility, with a view to enhancing corporate value and reinforcing corporate governance of INPEX.

“INPEX Advisory Committee” is expected to enhance responsible management of INPEX as a global company in line with the “Medium- to Long-Term Vision of INPEX” announced in May 2012.
