The Jamaican Government has commended China Harbour Engineering Company Limited for the sea defence work it is undertaking along the Palisadoes shoreline leading towards Norman Manley international Airport.
“The government is satisfied with the quality of work which is being done by the contractors, China Harbour. I visited the project before and after the hurricane and saw firsthand that the roadway was not affected,” said Richard Azan the State Minister in the Ministry of Transport, Works and Housing.
The Minister was speaking during a tour of the Palisadoes Shoreline Protection and Rehabilitation Works yesterday.
