Kathleen McAllister joins Höegh LNG Partners board

Höegh LNG Partners, the Bermuda-based limited partnership formed by Norway’s Höegh LNG, named Kathleen McAllister to the company’s board following the resignation of Claibourne Harris.

Most recently, McAllister served as president, CEO, and director of Transocean Partners from 2014 until its merger with Transocean in December 2016 and as chief financial officer from February 2016, until the merger.

From 2011 to 2014 McAllister served as vice president and treasurer of Transocean and led the initial public offering of Transocean Partners in 2014.

McAllister joined Transocean in 2005 as director of tax reporting and subsequently served as finance director for the Americas Business Unit and as Assistant Treasurer.

Before joining Transocean, McAllister served in various finance, treasury, accounting and tax roles at Baker Hughes, Helix Energy Solutions Group and Veritas DGC.

She is currently serving as an independent non-executive director of Fluid Holding, the sole shareholder of Q’Max Solutions, and is a member of the University of Houston-Clear Lake accounting advisory board.
