Klaipedos Nafta posts EUR 5.4 mln income from LNG terminal

Klaipedos Nafta, the operator of the Lithuanian LNG terminal informed that sales revenues from the terminal reached EUR 5.4 million in October.

This is equal to one-twelfth of the sum necessary for LNG terminal operation costs and return on investments into the terminal’s infrastructure for the year 2015, the company revealed in a report on Thursday.

During the month of October 2015, the company re-regasified and supplied to the natural gas transmission system 320 MWh of natural gas.

This activity started to be carried out in October 2014, and during the ten months of 2015, 4,089 thousand MWh of natural gas were re-regasified and supplied to Lithuania’s natural gas transmission system.
