LNG delivery for South Hook

The UK’s South Hook terminal is scheduled for another delivery of Qatari LNG on November 23, port data reveals.

The cargo is being transported aboard the 266,000 cbm capacity Umm Slal LNG carrier.

The South Hook terminal can process 15.6 million tonnes of LNG a year and is capable of delivering 21 billion cubic metres of gas a year into the UK’s national transmission system.

Qatar Petroleum owns 67.5 per cent of South Hook LNG Terminal, Exxon Mobil owns 24.15 per cent and Total SA owns the rest.
