LOC names Dr Robin Bidwell CBE as Group chairman

LOC,  independent marine and engineering consultancy and survey organisation,  appointed Dr Robin Bidwell, CBE as non-executive chairman.

Bidwell was the founding partner of the global environmental advisory firm ERM.

“His long experience there as Chief Executive and latterly as non-executive chairman is very relevant to LOC’s ambition to continue to grow their global network and to provide the very best support to international clients,” LOC said in a statement.

Dr Bidwell said: “I have spent most of my working life growing a successful global technical consultancy and I am looking forward to working with the management to help deliver a successful future for LOC.”
