Magnolia in Final Stage of Selecting Construction Contractor

Liquefied Natural Gas Limited announced that the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Magnolia LNG, is in the final stages of selecting its preferred engineering, procurement and construction contractor.

Magnolia is also in the final stages of agreeing to the terms of a definitive precedent agreement with Kinder Morgan Louisiana Pipeline  for the transportation of gas to the Magnolia LNG Project. Responsibility for the supply and transportation of gas will be assumed by the tolling parties on the execution of definitive tolling agreements.
