Malaysia: Sealink International Berhad Secures Sale, Charter Contracts

The Board of Directors of Sealink International Berhad announced that on the 23 November 2012, Sealink Group secured contracts totaling Malaysian ringgits (RM) 113 million consisting of contracts for the sale of two offshore support vessels for a total cash consideration of approximately RM42 million and long term charters for four vessels worth around RM71 million.

The sold vessels will be delivered to the overseas customers by the end of 2012 and early 2013.

The contracts secured are expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Sealink for the financial year ending 31 December 2012 and beyond.
