MCG completes processing of Barents Sea seismic data

MultiClient Geophysical has announced that the processing of the MCG1302 data from the Barents Sea, offshore Norway, has been finalized.

The survey covers license PL720, awarded in the 22nd Concession Round, and open acreage in the Stappen High area in the western part of the Barents Sea.

Geologically the survey covers plays from Jurassic and older on the Stappen High area as well as proven Tertiary plays in the Vestbakken Volcanic Province to the west. The data has been broadband processed and pre-stack time migrated.
