MEYER WERFT Presents Best Moments of the Year

German shipbuilder, based in Papenburg, MEYER WERFT brings you the best moments of last year.

The video contains footage of AIDAstella’s undocking procedure, float-off of the Norwegian Breakaway and its sister ship the Norwegian Getaway.

The 71,300 tons AIDAstella has a length overall of 253 m and a total width of 32.2 m. The ship is equipped with 1097 cabins and 7 restaurants and 12 bars. The new ship has 14 decks and equals her sister ships AIDAblu, AIDAsol and AIDAmar.

Norwegian Breakaway is the first of two (Norwegian Getaway is the 2nd) Breakaway class ships the shipyard has built for for Norwegian Cruise Line. The vessels can accommodate 4000 passengers in 2014 staterooms and suites. The ships are 324 m long and 146,600 GT in size.
