Norwegian LNG on way to Argentina

The latest LNG cargo to be loaded at Statoil’s Hammerfest terminal in Norway has been dispatched to Argentina.

The 155,000 cbm Arctic Aurora departed from Melkøya island on Thursday and is expected to arrive at Bahia Blanca LNG terminal on July 29, according to shipping data.

Dynagas-owned Arctic Aurora is operating under a time charter with Statoil with an initial term of five years that expires in July 2018.

The ice class liquefied natural gas carrier was built in 2013 by Huyndai Heavy Industries of South Korea.
