In a ferry accident, which happened on April 16, around 304 people died, and 11 are still missing, according to BBC.

Except the 172 people rescued on the day of the accident, no other survivors were found, Xinhua reports.

The rescued ferry crew are being charged with negligence and abandoning the ship.

The trial is underway at the district court in the southern city of Gwangju.

The students who survived the accident will testify next month at a court near Seoul.
