Perdana sells one OSV to Hauston

Perdana Petroleum’s subsidiary, Perdana Neptune Limited, has on 28 October 2014 entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (‘MoA’) to sell one offshore support vessel to Hauston Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin islands.

Perdana will sell the vessel for total consideration of USD 28.5 million or approximately RM 93.5 million.

The delivery of the Vessel to the Hauston is expected before the end of November 2014. The sale is part of the fleet renewal programme.

Perdana had earlier announced the acquisition of additional two units of 500-men Accommodation Work Barges.

The gain on the sale is approximately RM 1.0 million and the proceeds will be channeled to the PPB Group to meet its operating expenses, repayment of bank borrowings and funding new acquisition of assets.
