Qatar Ships LNG Cargo to Argentina

Qatar, the world’s largest LNG producer, shipped an LNG cargo from the Ras Laffan Port to Argentina on Thursday.

The Methane Spirit LNG tanker, with a capacity of 165,500 cubic meters, is expected to arrive at the Bahia Blanca LNG terminal on July 10, according to shipping data.

The Bahía Blanca GasPort is South America’s first-ever LNG receiving facility and the world’s second dockside regasification facility.
