The first of the two cargoes being transported aboard the 210,000-cbm Al Ghariya LNG carrier has set off from Qatar’s Ras Laffan LNG complex and is scheduled for delivery on November 30.

The vessel will unload at the South Hook LNG facility owned by Qatar Petroleum, ExxonMobil and Total.

The second cargo is scheduled for delivery on December 1 to the Dragon LNG terminal,  jointly owned by the Hague-based LNG giant Shell and Malaysian energy major Petronas.

The 173,400-cbm Maran Gas Spetses, delivered to its owner, Maran Gas Maritime, in August this year, loaded the cargo at Cheniere’s Sabine Pass LNG facility in Louisiana.
