Ramboll Wins Business Prize 2013 by Esbjerg (Denmark)

Last week, Ramboll Oil & Gas was awarded the Business Prize 2013 by Esbjerg Business Development Centre. The prize is awarded to a person or an organisation who has contributed consistently and positively to the growth and prosperity of Esbjerg.

Recognised for high quality and global ambitions

Ramboll received the prize based on the company’s great achievements within the oil and gas industry and its importance for the community.

“I know that you are a highly regarded company that solves even the most difficult tasks. You have shown the courage to seek success abroad and challenge the big players globally. This has had a positive spillover effect on Esbjerg”, said the Chairman of the Board, John Lesbo.

Esbjerg Business Development Centre had invited the business community in Esbjerg to the annual New Year’s reception at the Town Music House where some 1100 businessmen had gathered to network and to celebrate this year’s award winner.

Ramboll employees credited

Managing Director, John Sorensen, was honoured to receive the prize. “I am truly honoured to receive this prize on behalf of Ramboll Oil & Gas and all its dedicated employees. If it wasn’t for their great professionalism and constant efforts, I would not be standing here receiving this important recognition”, Sorensen said.
