SEA CON Expands Its Sales Team (USA)

With SEA CON’s continued international growth, comes the need to find the very best people to support its exciting journey. The latest members to join the company have already demonstrated this. SEA CON welcomes to its sales team Michael Michulka, Leighton Mauro and Gary Kelly.

Mike Michulka, a graduate of the Institute of Electronic Science at Texas A&M University brings a wealth of experience that makes him a perfect addition to SEA CON’s technical sales team, having previously held several positions including sales in the subsea connector industry with MacArtney. Michulka is based in Texas and is a member of the Texas State guard serving as a Staff Sergeant. Michulka said: “I am extremely excited to be a member of SEA CON’s sales team, many of whom I have known for several years. I see this as a great opportunity to expand my knowledge of electrical and optical connectors, as well as finding new applications for them. I personally could not be at a better place, at a better time than now.”

Leighton-Mauro

Leighton Mauro, an existing member of the SEA CON team, has started his new role as Gulf Coast Sales and is also based in Texas, supporting sales in the Gulf Coast area, a task that he is really excited about. Mauro has a great knowledge and understanding of SEA CON’s products including its fiber optic line and has worked with customers on a number of complex subsea projects. “I am looking forward to my new role on the team and what the future holds for SEA CON. My passion for team work and my drive to achieve company goals will hopefully continue my success as a subsea business professional. Putting customers first and always maintaining the highest level of integrity are very important to me”, said Mauro.

Gary-Kelly

Formerly with Teledyne Impulse-PDM, Gary Kelly joins the SEA CON sales team as UK Sales Manager and brings with him the perfect combination of knowledge, experience and consultative sales skills. Based in the UK, Kelly will focus his initial efforts on supporting UK sales for the wide range of SEA CON products and application engineering. “I am really excited about the future with SEA CON, what with the major expansion plans and the vast experience SEA CON has in the Oil & Gas and Marine industries, it is a privilege to be part of the team”, commented Kelly.

SEA CON continues to invest heavily in its infrastructure and product development and at the centre of that investment is the need to attract the very best people to enhance all of its teams. These latest appointments illustrate SEA CON’s policy to look internally and externally for people with the “Right Stuff!”

Craig Newell Vice President of Sales & Corporate Business Development commented: “SEA CON has always strived to give customers the best possible quality, not only in the products we manufacture and supply, but also the service we provide. Whilst this is important at all stages, the ability to support customers at the initial stages is vital and we are excited to be able to expand this support with highly experienced additions to our sales teams.”
