Sembawang Shifts from Tribon to AVEVA Marine

Sembawang Shipyard Pte. Ltd. has migrated from Tribon M3 software to AVEVA Marine for its engineering, design and production projects.

AVEVA’s legacy Tribon M3 has long been the software of choice at Sembawang Shipyard but, after a thorough evaluation, the company decided to upgrade to AVEVA Marine, which proved to be the best and most complete solution for its current and future shipbuilding requirements.

AVEVA Marine is widely used in many successful marine and offshore projects, and is known for its reliability. AVEVA Marine has several key technological advantages over the older M3 software. These include direct integration with AVEVA PDMS™ on a single scalable platform, which drives efficiencies across the entire engineering and design process.

Combining both hull and outfitting also enables Sembawang to further improve their construction and production. Sembawang can benefit from valuable cost savings while continuing to deliver the highest possible quality to their customers.
