Shell, GAIL teams talk LNG with AP Minister Naidu

A team of representatives from Shell, GAIL and GDF Suez held talks with Andra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chanadrababu Naidu to discuss possible implementation issues related to the possibility of expediting the Kakinada LNG terminal.

Minister agreed to direct relevant officials to speed up the support facilities needed to set up the LNG terminal, reports The Hindu Business Line.

Shell has been recently included in the project with a 26 percent share in a push to strengthen the project, joining the AP Gas Infrastructure, GAIL and GDF Suez, and expedite the LNG storage and processing project.
