Sino-Global Wraps Up LSM Takeover

Sino-Global Shipping America, Ltd., an international shipping agency and logistic services provider, today announced the closing of its previously announced acquisition of Longhe Ship Management (Hong Kong) Co., Limited (LSM).

Sino-Global said in a release that it will offer ship management services through LSM, which operates from Hong Kong. LSM’s expertise in ship management will prepare the company to expand its service capabilities up the industry chain, Sino-Global added.

Mr. Lei Cao, Chief Executive Officer of Sino-Global, said, “With the acquisition of LSM, Sino-Global is poised to serve our customers in the shipping industry even more closely than we currently do with our shipping agent, chartering and inland transportation management services.
