South Korea July LNG Imports Down

South Korea, the world’s second-largest buyer of LNG, imported 2.43 million tonnes of LNG in July, down 11.8% from the same month in 2012.

The average LNG price paid declined 5.5% YoY to $14.91/MMBtu in July.

Kogas of South Korea said recently it has imported 21.53 million tons of LNG in the first half of this year.
