SPP Shipbuilding Delivers Panamax HAMPTON BRIDGE (South Korea)

The Maltese registered Company Bulk Malta Ltd has taken delivery of its newly built Panamax vessel, the 76,500 metric tonnes bulk carrier M/V HAMPTON BRIDGE (S5110). The naming ceremony took place at the South Korean Shipyard of SPP Shipbuilding Co Ltd.

The construction completion of M/V HAMPTON BRIDGE took less than a year at a total investment outlay of USD 38 million. SeaQuest Marine Project Management Ltd was responsible for the project management of the vessel construction whereas Crystal Pool SrL of Italy, the latter also forming part of Rimorchiatori Riuniti Group, has been entrusted with the management of M/V HAMPTON BRIDGE which in turn has been time chartered to Glencore Grain Rotterdam. M/V HAMPTON BRIDGE is the 11th vessel that Rimorchiatori Riuniti Group registered under the Maltese Flag.
