Taiwan set for Norwegian LNG cargo

Taiwan is expected to receive a Norwegian LNG cargo aboard the 162,400 cbm BW GDF Suez Brussels on July 27.

The LNG tanker departed from Statoil’s Snohvit liquefaction plant on Tuesday and it is sailing to the Yung An terminal, according to shipping data.

The 7.5 million mt/year Yung An LNG terminal is located at Kaohsiung, in southern Taiwan. It is operated by CPC Corporation.
