Taiwan’s Yung-An LNG terminal is expected to receive a cargo of the chilled gas from Indonesia’s Bontang plant next week.

The 135,000 cbm Golar Mazo will dock at the CPC-operated terminal in Kaohsiung county on September 28, port data says.

According to the data, the terminal received a cargo of LNG onboard the Excel this week. The tanker departed from the terminal on Tuesday.

Taiwan has two regasification terminals, located in the central and southern parts of the island.

State-owned CPC is also planning to build a third LNG import terminal to serve the northern region near Taipei.
