TechnipFMC nets GWF phase 2 job from Woodside

TechnipFMC signed a three-year frame agreement with the Australian LNG player Woodside for riserless light well intervention and subsea services.

The contract also includes intervention, installation and plug and abandonment services, TechnipFMC said in its statement.

Under the agreement, TechnipFMC will initially perform installation and RLWI services in the Greater Western Flank phase 2 (GWF-2) development, located approximately 175 km northwest of Dampier, Western Australia.

TechnipFMC will install subsea trees and deploy its deepwater RLWI stack to perform well intervention services on up to eight subsea wells in the GWF-2 development.

The GWF-2 project, located on the North West Shelf, offshore Western Australia, is the next phase in delivering gas supplies to the existing NWS infrastructure, including the LNG terminal.
