The Netherlands: Gasunie CFO Steps Down

Gasunie said today that Henk Chin Sue RC will stand down from the Executive Board of Gasunie and from his position as CFO.

Henk Chin Sue has been a statutory director of Gasunie – first as financial director and later as CFO – since 1 October 2002.

Henk Chin Sue has made an unmistakable contribution to Gasunie with his wide-ranging knowledge and deep commitment, the company said in a statement.

He will stay on at the company as special advisor to the Executive Board until 1 July 2013.

The procedure for finding a successor from outside the company has been started. Klaas Niemeijer, currently Head of Corporate Finance, will fulfil the role of CFO temporarily until the new CFO has been appointed, the company added.
