Titan Energy Services Nabs APLNG Accommodation Contract, Australia

TITAN Energy Services said that its subsidiary Resources Camp Hire (RCH) secured a 200‐room accommodation deal with Australia Pacific LNG, an incorporated joint venture between Origin, ConocoPhillips and Sinopec.

The deal will see RCH provide 200 ensuited rooms for use in the Surat Basin on Australia Pacific LNG’s major CSG to LNG Project.

One hundred and fifty (150) rooms are expected to be fully operational by the end of October 2012, with the remaining 50 rooms by the end of the calendar year.

The first 50 rooms were contracted from 6 September 2012. In addition, Nektar Remote Hospitality (Nektar), another Titan subsidiary, has been contracted to provide catering and camp management services to Australia Pacific LNG for the first 50 rooms.

Titan managing director Jim Sturgess said the contract is expected to deliver approximately $6 million in revenue during 2012/13.

“RCH is a young and developing business and its management team has worked tirelessly during the past six months to ensure its facilities and services passed Australia Pacific LNG’s rigorous safety pre‐ qualification process,” Mr Sturgess said.

The delivery of these contracts recognises the quality of our company’s ensuited camps and camp management capability and is a pleasing step towards both RCH’s and Nektar’s 2013 financial year growth targets,” he added.
