1. EMAS Offshore Launches Singapore IPO

EMAS Offshore, formerly known as EOC, has launched public offering of shares following the registration of its prospectus with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), in conjunction with the proposed listing on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

2. DOF Installer in Vessel Sale

DOF Installer ASA, an entity in the DOF Subsea Group, has entered into an agreement to sell one of its three sister vessels to an international buyer.

3. Ocean Installer to Provide SURF Support for Saipem in Brazil

Ocean Installer has been awarded a contract for SURF support work in Brazil for Saipem. The contract which will see the Normand Clipper in Brazil for 8 months is valued at circa USD 50 million, with options to extend.

4. Subsea 7 Lands Baobab Gig (Ivory Coast)

Subsea 7 S.A. has been awarded a contract in the Ivory Coast by CNR International in support of its Baobab Field Phase III development.

5. DeepOcean Takes Delivery of Ultimate Trenching Spread from SMD

Long-standing SMD customer DeepOcean, have received delivery of their 1000hp QTrencher (QT) 1000 and successfully completed a number of projects. The recently upgraded T-3200 heavy duty trenching tractor is set to sit alongside the industry‐leading free flying, jet trenching ROV on DeepOcean’s Havila Phoenix vessel.
