Aberdeen-headquartered Trinity has signed a three-year renewal with Stena Drilling, for work on its Stena Don asset in the Norwegian North Sea.

Trinity delivers a range of hotel-keeping services on the semi-sub drilling rig through a team of 27 employees, working in shifts to provide for the vessel’s crew as they carry out exploration and production operations.

Trinity has been working on the Stena Don since it was commissioned in 2001, catering for the needs of a crew of up to 120 people. The renewed deal confirms Stena’s continued satisfaction with the quality of that service.

Chairman of Trinity, Stuart MacBride, said: “This confirms our position as one of the best hotel-keeping and catering companies in the industry, and reassures us that our dedicated staff are delivering the highest quality service to our client base.

“Stena and Trinity have a long standing relationship and it is our pleasure to be able to continue that partnership, providing tastes of home and comfortable living conditions for the crew of the Stena Don as they undertake vital exploration and production work in the harsh environment in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea.”

Trinity employs 6 in its Norway office supported by 15 at its Aberdeen HQ and more than 120 people globally.

MacBride added: “We continue to grow our international operations globally and are encouraged by the continued excellent feedback we receive from clients including Stena – our track record for achieving customer satisfaction through the reliability of our teams of specialist staff is unrivalled.”

Trinity has offices in Singapore, Norway, France, Algeria, Newfoundland and Trinidad in addition to its headquarters at Bon Accord Square, Aberdeen.
